Yoga is a fun way to get your body moving and energy flowing! Whether you’re after a morning session to kickstart the day right or a way to get rid of the post lunch slump, our yoga sessions suit everyone! Catering for all abilities, our yoga sessions are fully inclusive and offer an exciting way for everyone to get involved in some light exercise. Adaptable for any group size, the yoga sessions can be tailored to involve active or relaxation yoga.
With the focus on being not just on the body but also the mind, relaxation techniques are incorporated throughout the session.
What happens on the day?
The session starts with a briefing from the yoga teacher on what the session involves and the different benefits of the yoga moves on the body.
Dependant on if the session is more active or relaxing, the session involves a variety of different yoga moves, focusing on the importance of the breath during this. The sessions end with everyone feeling relaxed and refreshed!
Our regular sessions involve using mats for the moves to be practised upon. However, if you’re worried about the space you have, try our chair yoga! Incorporating all the benefits of traditional yoga, our chair-based yoga allows you to focus on stretching, breathing and mindful movements without leaving your office chair!
