In this hands-on workshop, you will come together as a team to build a luscious office living wall, transforming your workspace into a green paradise and bringing everyone closer through a fun sustainability activity!
Before rolling up your sleeves, you and your team will engage in themed challenges, competing to earn the materials and equipment needed to design and plant the living green wall. Through these activities, you’ll discover how a living wall works and explore its benefits on both the environment and our mental wellbeing.
Next, unleash your inner artist and get hands-on by planting and arranging a variety of greenery onto the vertical garden. Collaborate with your team and get creative by considering colour, texture and growth patterns to design a stunning living wall for your office.
Finally, our staff will install the living wall on your chosen spot, creating a stunning display that will wow both your team and your office visitors!

How It Works
- Your group will be divided into teams to compete in light-hearted challenges, aiming to earn materials and supplies for creating the living wall.
- Before diving in, you'll learn about the inspiring world of living walls, what they are, how they work and their benefits to the environment, biodiversity and health and wellbeing.
- After a thorough demonstration by our expert instructor, you'll begin constructing your living wall, with all materials provided, including the living wall system and a wide selection of plants.
- Consider the essential elements for creating a functional living wall as well as the aesthetics and arrangement of the plants.
- This activity is a wonderful way to relax, bond with your team, practice mindfulness and foster a direct connection with the natural environment.
- At the end of the event, our staff will install the living wall for you. No electricity or water supply is required.
- The expert will leave you with tips and advice on how to care for your living wall post-event.

The Living Wall Sustainability Workshop is an inclusive and flexible team building event that can be hosted in most spaces, indoors or outdoors. Our event team is fully mobile! This means you can host this sustainability workshop at any venue in the UK, and we’ll travel to you with all the equipment and event staff. If you don’t have a venue, we’ll help you find the perfect one, free of charge.
