The day begins with an introduction to foraging, focusing on the safest things to identify and the most important to avoid. We’ll then embark on our foraging adventure, featuring various fun team challenges and games that create a thrilling and competitive atmosphere. Along the route, we’ll identify edible and poisonous seasonal plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms. Of course, there will be breaks along the way too for some wild food tastings.
The day concludes with a delicious 3-course meal using the wild foods collected during the day.
