Before rolling up your sleeves, you and your team will engage in themed challenges, competing to earn the materials and equipment needed to create your living art. Through these activities, you’ll learn the essential techniques for creating fully functional living art and the importance of sustainability practices in preserving our environment.
Get your hands dirty and unleash your creativity as you create a unique piece of art, using natural materials like plants, moss and driftwood, either in a living frame or an adorable planter. Wherever possible, we’ll upcycle old and discarded items—who knew an old shoe could become a charming, vintage planter? At the end, take your unique piece of living art with you to display at home or in your office!

- Your group will be divided into teams to compete in light-hearted challenges, aiming to earn materials and supplies to create your art.
- Before diving in, you'll learn about the various forms of living art through beautiful and inspiring examples, including some creative upcycling ideas and techniques to give old items a new purpose.
- After a thorough demonstration by our expert instructor, you'll begin creating your living art.
- Consider the essential elements for creating a functional piece of living art as well as the aesthetics and arrangement of the plants and materials.
