Grab your putters and get ready for a mini-golf experience like never before! As families around the country struggle to afford food during the cost of living crisis, we’re stepping up to help by donating essential food and household items.
In this charity activity, your group will be provided with food bank items such as canned goods, cereal boxes, pasta boxes, rice bags, juice cartons and more. Split into teams, each group will creatively use these items to construct their own mini-golf holes. Can you use soup cans to create a tricky obstacle? Perhaps cereal boxes for a challenging ramp or pasta boxes for a strategic tunnel? Unleash your imagination to create something both fun and functional. Once each team completes their hole, the golf course comes to life, and it’s time to test your putting skills and compete for the winning title!
After the game, the course will be dismantled and all materials used will be donated to the nominated charity.

How It Works
- We begin with a welcome brief and an overview of the charity to which the food will be donated.
- Your group will be split into smaller teams, each assigned a mini-golf hole base.
- It’s time to step out of your comfort zone as teams race to gather the most relevant items for their golf holes.
- With a touch of creativity, the mini-golf course comes to life.
- Once teams have completed their sections, they go head-to-head in a fun mini-golf game around the newly-built holes.
- The team with the lowest score will be crowned the winner.
- At the end of the corporate charity event, the GOTO Events team will dismantle and repack the course for donation to the nominated charity.
