Cupcake making is the all new creative side of team building, learn how to decorate a range of luxury cupcakes to a professional standard, this challenge requires communication, time management and above all team work.  

You and your team will work with a professional patisserie chef to decorate a variety of cupcakes. After a short introduction and demonstration the chef will give the teams a challenge to decorate a variety of cupcakes items, teams then go head to head to decorate their items while the clock is ticking.

Our chef will judge each category such as fermented, technical, star bake and showstopper awarding points for creativity, skill and taste.
